Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Most models include a physical toggle switch to swap between Mac and Windows layouts, along with dedicated keycaps for both.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, and YunExpress. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while express options can arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
A Hot-swappable keyboard allows you to change your mechanical switches without soldering. This means you can easily customize the typing feel and sound by simply pulling the switches out and plugging new ones in.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month warranty on all keyboards for manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs policies vary by country. While we do our best to minimize extra fees, customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office upon arrival.
Is it possible to use the keyboard in both wired and wireless modes?
Yes, most Keychron models feature a 'Cable' and 'BT' (Bluetooth) mode switch. You can use it wired via the included USB-C cable for zero latency or connect with up to three devices wirelessly.
